Delicious pineapple pancakes for a light breakfast that everyone would like to have. If you like pineapple, this is another way to enjoy it by including it in your breakfast. Also, if you like pancakes, you should try these pineapple pancakes, they’re just the best.

How to make pineapple syrup

Chicken and Mango Habanero

  • 1.5
    Cup
    Universal flour
  • 4
    cup
    sugar
    (custom blend)
  • 2 teaspoons

    Baking powder

  • 1
    Coffee spoon
    Cooking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1-1.5
    cup
    crushed pineapple
  • 1
    cup
    whole milk
    (or your choice)
  • ¼ Cup

    Butter
    (melted)

  • 2
    Eggs
  • 1.5
    teaspoon
    vanilla extract
  1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the chopped pineapple, egg, melted butter and milk.
  3. Pour the pineapple mixture with the flour.
  4. Set the dough aside and heat or cool the pan on medium heat with oil or aerosol grease to cook. If you like it, add milk.
  5. Take a cup of dough through ¼ and bake it in the pan. If you see bubbles on the edges/top of the dough, turn the shoulder blade over and bake it on the other side until it is a little brown or the color you want it to be.
  6. Repeat the process and serve with your favorite syrup or herbs.
  7. Have fun!
