Kashi is one of the brands that I rarely buy, but I’ve got to give them credit for trying something new. Kashi has launched a line of low-carb, high-fiber cereals, all of which have 1 gram of net carbs. Kashi meals and snacks are sold in two forms: Kashi GoLean, which is a mixture of Kashi’s original cereal and soy protein, and Kashi Kibbles, which are low-carb treats that are made from soy protein.
Kashi has a new product that will help you lose weight and feel great while having a better, cleaner body. It’s called Kashi Heart to Heart, and it’s a delicious breakfast cereal that’s low in carbs and high in fiber. It’s also made with nutritious, real ingredients, so you don’t have to worry about artificial flavors or colors. Kashi Hearts to Heart is a delicious, low carb breakfast cereal that’s made with ancient grains like quinoa, amaranth, and buckwheat, as well as nutritious ingredients like flax, chia, and sunflower seeds.
Breakfast just got even tastier with the new Kashi Go Keto cereal!
When it comes to low-carb granola, you can be happy if you can get a box under $10, but when you can get it for just $4.49, that’s definitely worth mentioning!
When I heard about Kashi Go Keto cereal, I practically ran to the nearest store that stocked it, only to discover that it was already sold out. This product is so delicious that it will disappear from the shelves in no time!
By the way, this post is not sponsored, I just liked this granola (and the price!) so much that I had to share it with you!
Here’s why Kashi’s new keto cereal is too good to resist:
It really doesn’t taste like keto porridge!
To be honest, when I opened the box of Kashi Go Keto Cinnamon-Vanilla Cereal, I didn’t even bother pouring milk on it. I threw myself at a handful (imagine a claw wanting to hit one of the toy prizes in an arcade), and what I got was indeed a prize. The texture of the cereal is very similar to Cheerios, offering the desired crunch without the unpleasant and distinct aftertaste of artificial sugar.
I stopped chewing almost halfway through to check the nutritional values and ingredients, just to make sure I wasn’t taking in a bunch of sugar, and it turns out this delicious product is keto!
The taste of dark cocoa is a chocolate lover’s dream and will probably make you think of Cocoa Puffs, as it did for me, and the taste of vanilla and cinnamon is very similar to the crunch of cinnamon toast, but in Cheerio form. Both flavors are equally delicious, so I highly recommend trying them both, and since they are so affordable, why not!
Speaking of recently released keto products…..
We also recently spotted these Special Keto bars (a sister brand to Kashi), and we have a feeling this could be the start of Kellogg’s new keto initiative. How exciting. It’s not often you find great keto foods that are so affordable and accessible!

While it’s not the grain with the fewest carbs, it’s a great option and significantly cheaper than other low-carb grains. But don’t eat the whole box at once!
Even my kids like Kashi Go Keto cereal!
Do you want to reduce your child’s sugar intake? These delicious, low-carb breakfast cereals are a great alternative to their favorite sugary breakfast cereals.
I poured a few bowls for my 9 year old and my 6 year old and they had absolutely no idea it wasn’t regular cereal (and they’re already pretty good at recognizing the keto foods I give them), so it was a big hit! You can also find it at Walmart or Target, which makes it even more convenient to buy it during your regular grocery shopping.
It’s foods like these that really get me excited, because when you have a keto moment (like I had about a year ago, thanks Collin!) and you realize how bad carbs are, you want to change the way your family eats. If you can find something that the little ones like and that doesn’t cost a fortune, that’s great!
You can tell I’m a big fan of these cereals!

I love this cereal. FRIENDA KETO and it tastes good. I use unsweetened almond milk, and it’s like eating cereal again while watching Saturday morning cartoons as a kid.
