  2. In a sauce pan, crack the eggs and add enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low heat and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes (soft-medium) or 8-10 minutes (high heat) (hardboiled).

  3. When the eggs are done, quickly plunge them into ice cold water to make them easier to peel. Cut them into half or wedges.

  4. On a bed of romaine lettuce, arrange the tuna mixture and eggs. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes. To taste, season with salt and pepper.
