  1. Combine the chia seeds, sesame seeds, egg, heavy whipping cream, and salt in a medium-sized mixing basin. Allow 2–3 minutes to pass.

  2. In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil or butter (until melted) over medium heat.

  3. Stir in the seed mixture for approximately 2-3 minutes, or until the porridge has thickened.

  4. To serve, drizzle with melted butter or a dollop of our low-carb raspberry jam.
