  1. In a mixing basin, combine all of the crust ingredients and stir until a sandy consistency is achieved.

  2. Fill a 9″ (23 cm) springform pan halfway with the batter. Press the crust into the bottom and up the edges of the pan using the bottom of a measuring cup or your fingertips. Place it in the refrigerator.

  3. In a large mixing basin, combine all of the filling ingredients. Beat the mixture with a handheld or stand mixer for approximately 5 minutes, or until it has a fluffy consistency. Whip the filling using a paddle attachment if you have one to get a smoother, more uniform fluffy texture.

  4. Using a spatula or spoon, smooth the filling over the crust into an equal layer.

  5. Refrigerate for at least three hours or overnight, covered in plastic wrap.

  6. Just before serving, run a thin-bladed knife along the edge of the springform pan to release the crust from the pan’s edges. Open the clamp to allow the sides of the pan to expand and the bottom to be released.
