This jam recipe is delicious on toast, but it is also delicious on my keto breads. I really like the coconut and lemon flavors in this recipe, but you can play around with this recipe and add in other flavors that you like. To make it dairy-free, just leave out the cream cheese, and substitute the coconut yogurt for some unsweetened shredded coconut.

Today I am sharing a recipe for low-carb, keto jam that is easy to make and delicious. This jam is perfect for using up the excess berries you find on sale (or if you don’t have any, the leftover slices from a piece of toast) and is the perfect ketogenic after-dinner treat to indulge in.

Alright, you’ve made it this far! Only a few more steps and you’ll be on your way to making your very own keto and low-carb jam! ‘Cause that’s how easy it is, right? So, what do you need to make your very own keto and low-carb jam? … Well, you’ll need to read on!

Hello, fruit! I’d like to collaborate with you on some music!

I couldn’t help myself with a Bob Marley phrase…. Finally, my name is Marley (and, of course, I’m a Bob Dylan fan). The music of reggae is inspiring! What more is there to say? This keto berry jam is incredible!!!

It’s thickened with chia seeds and sweetened with whatever your preferred keto sweetener is. I prefer allulose, but I also use stevia and erythritol in this jam. I love how simple this recipe is to prepare, and with just 1 net carbohydrate per serving, anybody can make and enjoy their own jam!

Time to prepare: 5 MINUTES TIME TO COOK: 5 MINUTES TIME TOTAL: 10 MINUTES This low-carb and keto jam is simple to make and tasty!

  • 1 cup fresh berries (I used 1/4 cup each of strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries).
  • Optional: 1 Esslöffel Chiasamen
  • sweetener (equal to 1-2 tablespoons sugar or to taste)

1 In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the berries and sweetener. (I suggest coarsely cutting the strawberries beforehand if you’re using them.) Cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring periodically, or until the fruit starts to break down. Remove from heat and mash to desired consistency using a potato masher, wooden spoon, or blender .

2 Toss in the chia seeds and toss to combine. Allow 10 minutes for cooling. As the jam cools, the chia seeds thicken it.

3 If required, adjust the sweetness of the jam. Refrigerate for up to three months or freeze for up to a week in an airtight container. (I freeze individual portions in tiny ice cream tubes.)

Sweetener values are not included in nutritional values. The nutritional information does not alter if you use stevia. The values for all additional sweeteners must be calculated appropriately.
