4 ingredients: red pepper and feta spray. This is a super simple appetizer that is delicious served with crostini or vegetables. Made in 5 minutes and full of flavor.

Light snacks are a godsend, especially during the holidays.

Hummus and tzatziki are two things I do all the time. Both recipes are delicious! But if I need something super quick, this recipe is my favorite.

This sauce is made from a few simple ingredients that you probably have in your larder right now.

  • roasted red pepper
  • Feta cheese
  • Amande
  • Olive oil

Variations

  • Cannellini beans. If you don’t have feta cheese in the fridge, you can use a can of drained cannellini beans.
  • Crazy. To be honest, almonds can be completely omitted, or you can replace them with walnuts or pine nuts.

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1 – Place the ingredients in the food processor.

Drain the red peppers and add them to the bowl of the food processor. Add cheese and nuts.

Step 2 – Mixing.

Turn on the food processor and add the olive oil. Process until the red pepper is smooth.

Step 3 – Drainage.

You can serve it with red pepper crostinis to spread or with my croquette biscuits.

The easiest dive ever. This sauce goes very well with chicken or is served as bruschetta. I also used it as a garnish for grilled fish or vegetables.

Instructions

  • Place the cheese and peppers (and possibly the almonds) in a high power food processor or blender.
  • Keep stirring until it’s done.
  • While the machine is running, slowly add the olive oil. Stir until the red pepper is creamy.
  • Serve with crostini, crackers or vegetables.
