In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and whisk until well combined. Fill a jar with the mixture and a tight-fitting lid.

If you’re using whole seeds, ground them in a grinder ahead of time or just before serving.

Store the spices somewhere dark, dry, and cool/room temperature. Tin cans in small sizes are ideal.

Make a large quantity to last 4–6 months; the spices may lose some taste and color after that. They won’t go bad, but they will get weaker.

We used dried garlic flakes, but garlic powder would also work. It’s entirely up to you whether or not to add salt to your spice blend. Use our keto taco shells to make it!
