If you are on a ketogenic diet but feel tired most of the time, then you might like to try the keto MCT oil drink recipe that I have prepared for you. I have used coconut oil, MCT oil, and also olive oil for the keto MCT oil drink recipe. It gives a very different taste than the coconut oil and MCT oil one.

A keto diet is a form of low carbohydrate diet that allows its users to eat as much as they want of healthy, low-carb ketogenic foods. The diet consists of over 20% fat, 70% fat and 15% protein.

It’s the best way to refuel your energy.

Say you’re having an afternoon dip or you’re just looking for an energy boost to get you through the day. You can drink coffee, of course, but the best solution is a high-fat tea drink with MCT oil: The Rocket Fuel keto-ovoice drink.

Erika, who is known for trying just about everything, tested this rocket fuel recipe to see if it lived up to its reputation for energy. I don’t want to spoil the surprise, but it did not disappoint.

How to Make a Purple Rocket Fuel Keto Recipe:

First, put water on the stove to boil and add a passion tea bag to steep for 5 minutes.

Femur: Although Erica used a pan of water on the stove, you can also heat the water in a microwave container.

The recipe uses Tazo Passion tea. Since Erica had a hard time finding it in stores, she created two versions of the recipe: one with passion tea and one with red raspberry tea.

The two drinks gave relatively similar results, but Erika said Tazo’s passion tea was slightly more flavorful and had a better swirling and separating effect.

After brewing, discard the tea bags and add ice to cool the tea.

Add the sugar-free vanilla syrup, almond milk and MCT butter. Stir to combine.

Pour the drink over ice and see how magical it is. Erika loved the way the drink separated naturally and created a mysterious swirling effect. Not only is this drink tasty and full of energy thanks to the MCTs, it’s also very pretty!

The full recipe with instructions can be found here.

Here’s what Erika thinks of the Purple Rocket energy drink:

This drink is just delicious! If you’re in the mood for something sweet to sip on in the sun or something that will give you a good boost, then this drink is for you! Not only is it very easy to do, it’s also a lot of fun! I felt like a kid watching the almond milk being stirred into the purple tea! SO COOL! And the taste is excellent: It is very sweet and delicious!
