I recently started a blog on how to cook low-carb sashimi rolls. These are a few of my low-carb rolls recipes.

Don’t know how to make low-carb sashimi rolls? You’ve come to the right place! These rolls are made with healthy shrimp, a soy sauce-based mayonnaise and a little touch of sweetness, capped off with a touch of zing.These rolls can be served with a variety of dressings including spicy mayonnaise, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, or even a tomato-based sauce. **The mayonnaise in this recipe can be substituted with a low-carb mayonnaise or a homemade mayonnaise.

There are many different types of sushi rolls that you can make, but they all have a similar base. In other words, essentially all sushi rolls are made of fish (or seafood, or sashimi), vegetables (or vegetable rolls), and rice.. Read more about low carb sushi and let us know what you think.


Rolls of sashimi



This delicious low-carb combination of sushi and sashimi will transport your tastes to Japan in just 15 minutes. You won’t miss the rice after you try it. Ever. Again. This mix of fish, seaweed, soy sauce, and toasted sesame seeds is excellent as is. Konnichiwa!

  1. Five long, thick slices of fish should be cut from the fish.

  2. Using water, wet the nori sheets. Roll a fish strip inside each one and lay them flat on your work area. Allow for a few minutes of rest.

  3. Cut the rolls into tiny pieces crosswise.

  4. Combine the soy sauce, olive oil, and sesame seeds in a small bowl.

  5. With the sauce and lime wedges, serve the sashimi.


Choose fillets that are firm, thick, and boneless, with the skin removed. Salmon, albacore tuna, and sea bass are my favorites. Cod is also a good option, but it lacks taste. Whatever kind you choose, make sure it is extremely fresh. I always inquire whether the fish is of sashimi grade with my fishmonger.
