For a fast low-carb lunch, pack the salad in a jar with excellent salmon or chicken and dressing. Both practical and delectable!

  1. Vegetables should be shredded or chopped.

  2. To begin, place the dark leafy greens in the jar’s bottom.

  3. In layers, arrange the onion, carrot, avocado, bell peppers, and tomato.

  4. Add smoked salmon or grilled chicken on the top.

  5. Just before serving, stir in the mayonnaise.
