The healthiest snacks are often the ones that are loaded with protein and fat—such as nuts and seeds—and healthy fat and protein are available in several plant-based sources. That is why it is in our best interest to try to incorporate more plant-based foods into our diets. Kale chips are a good way to do that!

These low-carb kale chips are a delicious, crunchy, and healthy snack. They are thin enough to serve as a substitute for bread, but rich enough to be a replacement for potato chips. The healthy fats found in kale are also digested more slowly, which makes your body work harder to digest the meal, and therefore, burn more fat. These low-carb kale chips are also gluten free. They are made from just 3 ingredients: kale, olive oil, and salt.
