Brussels sprouts with hamburger gratin on the keto diet



This easy keto meal will wow your family. The combination of substantial Brussels sprouts and cheese-covered ground beef is very delicious.




  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).

  2. 5-10 minutes, until the bacon is cooked and the Brussels sprouts are somewhat soft, fry the bacon and Brussels sprouts in butter. In the oven, the sprouts and bacon will finish cooking.

  3. Season with salt and pepper, then whisk in the sour cream. Fill a baking dish halfway with the mixture.

  4. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper before sprinkling it over the Brussels sprouts. Toss in the cheese and herbs.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling, on the center rack. Serve with a dollop of mayo and your choice of fresh greens.
