Recently I found Keto Pizza Crust recipe in my recipe book and I was curious about it. I have been making pizza all my life. I have tried this Keto Crust on my Keto Pizza and was surprised at the taste. It was really good. I have been making it all the time since then. I loved it. The crust was soft, chewy, and delicious.
There comes a time when you need to find a fast and easy dinner, and Keto Pizza Chaffles are perfect for those of us who are trying to lose weight while still fueling our bodies with the right nutrients.
Pizza chaffles on a keto diet
Keto chaffles are very popular. What’s a fantastic method to put them to use? Of course, as a foundation for pizza toppings. It has all of the wonderful, comforting tastes of your favorite pizza, but none of the carbohydrates. Yes, you read it correctly.
Warm up your waffle iron.
In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and beat well to incorporate.
Spread the mixture equally on the bottom plate of your waffle iron, spreading it out slightly to achieve an even outcome. Close the waffle iron and cook for 6 minutes, depending on the waffle machine you use.
When you believe they’re done, gently raise the lid.
Place the chaffles on a large baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Spread tomato sauce on each chaffle and top with pepperoni pieces and mozzarella cheese.
Place the cheese on a hot grill until it is browned and bubbling (approx. 2 minutes).
