In my opinion English muffins are the best option for a quick keto breakfast because they are tasty and they are portable. Only three ingredients are used to make this flat bread: eggs, coconut flour, and baking powder. Perfect for breakfast or lunchboxes for the youngsters.

Instructions

  1. In a mixing dish, combine coconut flour, baking powder, and a sprinkle of salt.

  2. In a mixing dish, crack the eggs and whisk them together. Allow for a few minutes of rest.

  3. Three dollops of batter should be placed in a frying pan with melted butter over medium-high heat.

  4. After a few minutes, flip the bread and cook for a few more minutes.

  5. Serve with butter and a topping of your choice.

Tip!

You may alternatively bake them in a well-greased cupcake pan for approximately 10 minutes at 400°F (200°C) (about 3 inches in diameter). They’ll have a texture similar to bread, but with less fat.
