This super simple keto mojito cocktail can be made in less than 5 minutes. It’s perfect for sipping on while lounging by the pool or even watching Netflix (have you seen Ozark? OMG, so good!).

To make this drink as simple as possible, I used the classic mojito recipe and replaced the sugar with monk fruit. Trust me, you won’t feel a difference, and neither will your non-keto friends. Hist! I won’t say it!

The secret is the mashed potatoes!

What can I say? Rinsing is basically squeezing and crushing the ingredient. For example, by grinding mint leaves, the oils are extracted and added to the drink. All you have to do is stir a little and your mojito will be a true delight!

Keto Mojito Recipe Tips:

  • You don’t like white rum? This liqueur can be replaced by vodka if desired.
  • Sometimes mint can have a grassy taste if you grind it too much. Make sure you grind enough to release the aroma and flavor of the mint.
  • Do you like fruity drinks? Try adding some blueberries and crushed mint leaves to make a blueberry keto mochito. Raspberries or strawberries would also work – yum!

Add the lime juice, monk fruit and mint leaves to a glass or shaker. Use a stick or just the end of a wooden spoon and crush (stir) the mint leaves. Don’t mix them too much, though.
