Here comes the Philly cheesesteak! But there’s a catch: there’s no Cheez Whiz or bread to weigh you down. You’ll adore this keto dish made with ribeye, Provolone cheese, peppers, and onions. It was love at first taste for me.

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (225 degrees Celsius) and oil a 9 x 12″ (22 x 30 cm) baking pan.

  2. Fry the veggies in butter in a large skillet over medium heat until slightly tender. Place in a dish and set aside.

  3. Cook until the meat is slightly pink in the frying pan. Reduce to medium-low heat and stir in garlic, spices, and a touch of salt and pepper.

  4. Stir the vegetables back into the pan.

  5. Sprinkle the cheese on top of everything in the baking dish.

  6. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and golden brown in color.

  7. Serve with leafy greens and olive oil and a drizzle of spicy sauce on top.
