Any type of milk is suitable for this recipe. You can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts if you like. For gluten-free chicken nuggets, use gluten-free breadcrumbs and gluten-free breadcrumbs for sprinkling. Gluten-free breadcrumbs add more flavor, but also work gluten-free.
