Baking pies – Cheese steak

Creamy garlic with herb stuffing, roasted pastry in a white sauce, cooked with spicy slices of steak and topped with cheese.

  • 2 cups crushed Monterey Jack cheese

  2. Cook Rottini al dente according to the packaging instructions; set aside
  3. Seasonal steak with beefsteak herbs
  4. Pour the vegetable oil into a large pan.
  5. Add the steak and fry it on one side.
  6. Turn the steak over and put it in Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Cook until they’re brown.
  8. Remove and keep warm.
  9. Melt the oil in the same pan.
