Hurricane Sally drank in the Gulf this week. To calm my nerves, I cooked. It’s my stress reducer. I took some stuff out of the fridge, and these cheese dumplings came out. I put it on my Instagram page, and the result was chaos. I didn’t think you’d want another noodle recipe. But after nearly 100,000 visits and more comments than I could bear to ask for this recipe, I came to the conclusion that I was wrong. There you go…

Creamy garlic with herb stuffing, roasted pastry in a white sauce, cooked with spicy slices of steak and topped with cheese.

softened - 4 cups

ground mozzarella cheese - 2 cups crushed Monterey Jack cheese
- Shattered spring onions
- Oven preheating up to 375°F

- Cook Rottini al dente according to the packaging instructions; set aside
- Seasonal steak with beefsteak herbs
- Pour the vegetable oil into a large pan.
- Add the steak and fry it on one side.
- Turn the steak over and put it in Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook until they’re brown.
- Remove and keep warm.
- Melt the oil in the same pan.
- Add the red pepper
- Jump for 2 minutes
- Add Spinach
- The thirst to wither.
- Add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
- Pour in the white wine and cook until it shrinks, about 2 minutes.
- Add cream cheese
- When it melts, pour heavy cream.
- Boil it.
- Add the Cajun herbs, chicken stock, onion powder, garlic powder, herbes de Provence and black pepper.
- Stir and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Mix half of each cheese.
- Non-stick cooking spray for pots and pans
- Add a little Rotini.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and mix.
- Try to flavor it if you need to.
- Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and green onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese melts and becomes brown.
- It’s fresh 10 minutes before serving.
