Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  2. A nonstick skillet should be heated and gently oiled. To avoid the dosa from sticking you the pan, be sure to use a non-stick skillet.

  3. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth it out with a spatula. The goal is to make a narrow circular shape.

  4. Low heat is used to cook the dosa. The cheese will begin to melt and crisp as it cooks.

  5. When the dosa is cooked all the way through and golden brown on one side, use the spatula to fold it in half.

  6. Remove from the pan and serve with a dollop of coconut chutney on the side.
