Recipe recipes

You can make this recipe with any protein you like. Personally, I made it with chicken, steak and shrimp. They are all incredibly delicious and super easy.

Ingredients needed for Steak Fajitas

  • Squirrel. One to two pounds of chicken, steak or shrimp.
  • Vegetables. Peppers and red onions.
  • The spices. You need a good mix of taco seasoning. I make mine from scratch with chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic, onion, cilantro, paprika and cayenne pepper.

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1 – Cut peppers and onions into strips. Withdraw.

Step 2 – Cut the steak into strips.

Step 3 – Season.

I usually put the onion greens directly into the pan. A little butter and cleaning is child’s play.

I mix everything with my hands and spread the fajitas on a baking sheet before putting them in the oven.

Step 4 – Cooking.

Preheat the oven to 425℉/220℃. Bake for a total of 25 minutes.

Bake the vegetables in the oven for 10-15 minutes

Add steak to frying pan.

Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.

When I make steak or shrimp fajitas, I add the steak or shrimp after cooking the vegetables for 10 to 15 minutes. Steak and shrimp cook in less time than chicken.

If you like your steak on the best side, you can add a steak right away.

Fry until steak is browned.

Remove the steak fajitas from the oven.

Lime press season.

Mix the fajitas with kitchen tongs.

Add a few tablespoons of fresh coriander.

Serve with tortillas, guacamole, pico de gallo, cilantro and extra onions.

Some decorations. I always serve fajitas with fresh guacamole + pico de gallo. Sour cream and cilantro are also in high demand. Fresh limes also add a nice dose of authentic flavor.
