In this recipe, I’ve teamed up with some of my favorite keto-friendly foods to create a hearty breakfast that is sure to fill you up and keep you full until lunch.

Spinach is one of those ingredients that can be grown almost anywhere and in almost any climate. It’s one of the most nutritious vegetables you can find and is packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It can be used in many ways, including in pesto, in a sauce with tomatoes or as a coleslaw base.

Spinach Frittata is a deliciously low-carb breakfast dish – which is also a great way to start your day by burning fat and building lean muscle mass. The salty cheese, egg yolks and cheese make this recipe a real crowd-pleaser, while the spinach provides an excellent source of vitamins and minerals.. Fresh spinach in a keto frittata



This stunning meal seems to be difficult to prepare, but it’s really very easy! Spinach, eggs, sausage or bacon, and vegetables come together in a wonderful way to create a heavenly feast for the eyes…and the stomach. It’s a keto gold mine!




  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease a 9×9 baking dish or ramekins individually.

  2. On medium heat, fry the bacon in butter until crispy. Stir in the spinach until it has wilted. Turn off the heat and put the pan aside.

  3. Whisk together the eggs and cream, then pour into a baking dish or ramekins.

  4. Place in the center of the oven with the bacon, spinach, and cheese on top. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown on top and firm in the center.
