Making this strawberry brioche cake is easier than you think. Start by preparing the brioche dough: Stir the dry yeast, salt and sugar into the hot milk, then add the flour, egg and butter. Let the dough rest, covered, for 2 hours. Meanwhile, prepare the strawberry compote by cooking the strawberries with the sugar and the gelatin.
