This pumpkin spice martini has all the autumnal flavor you would expect from a creamy, decadent martini made with vodka and pumpkin herbs.
If you’ve ever had a pumpkin herb latte, you know how much fun you’ll have this pumpkin herb martini.
This recipe uses spicy pumpkin vodka and pumpkin puree. It turns out to be creamy and saturated, but not viscous at all, as you can imagine when using porridge. It’s the best way for me to make pumpkin martinis with herbs.
If you only have vodka or vanilla, you can still prepare this recipe as it is, but you need to add pumpkin pie seasoning or rub a mixture of fresh cinnamon and nutmeg to flavor it. Some of these herbs can be found in this festive cocktail of lawyer.

Spicy pumpkin vodka
There are now several brands of spicy pumpkin vodka. Burnett’s and Pinnacle are two excellent options you can find in many wine shops. You can also buy it directly from Drizly in most cities. Drizly is an alcohol delivery service (it brings the alcohol straight to your house!).
I used the Burnett version and I love it. It’s a big bottle, but I don’t think you’ll have much trouble trying this martini. It’s one of my favorite autumn cocktails.
If you can’t find any pumpkin weed, you can also use Bailey’s Pumpkin Spice. It is not as strong as vodka or creamier, but none of them will have a negative effect on the cocktail.
Boundary salt? No, it’s sugar!
I put black sugar and rims in this martini for fun. That makes the drink a nice Halloween cocktail. Cane sugar is just a side dish, and you can leave it whole if you want. You can also replace it with a cinnamon sugar ring. It’s good with ours without!
If you want to use sugar with a black rim, you can buy it at Amazon. Here’s a way to try it.
