Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).

  2. In a pot, place broccoli florets. Bring to a boil with enough water to cover everything. Cook until the broccoli is tender when pierced with a fork.

  3. When the broccoli is done, strain it and discard the water. Using an immersion blender, purée the cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in the saucepan. Once everything is mixed, add the broccoli and puree until it is completely smooth.

  4. Using butter, grease a 9 x 12” baking dish. Fill the baking dish with cauliflower florets.

  5. Top the florets with the broccoli cream sauce and grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 400°F and bake the cauliflower for 40 minutes, or until fork-tender and golden brown on top.
