Is it possible to have pizza without tomato sauce? In this white version, you won’t be able to miss the red carpet. We omitted the tomatoes and gluten, increased the cheese, and tossed with a pinch of rosemary. Less is more in this case!

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

  2. Combine the eggs, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Mix together the remaining ingredients well. Allow for 5 minutes of resting time.

  3. Spread the batter out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a lightly greased rolling pin or spatula. It should be no more than 12 inches thick (1 cm).

  4. 10 minutes in the oven Don’t overcook the crust; it should be gently browned. Allow to cool for a few minutes after removing from the oven. Invert the situation.

  5. Sour cream (or crème fraîche) should be spread on top. Add grated cheese to the mix. Season with rosemary and black pepper.

  6. Return the pizza to the oven for another 5-10 minutes of baking. Make sure the borders don’t become overly colored.

  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and top with grated or sliced parmesan. Serve right away.

Tip!

The dough made with almond flour is far more filling than conventional doughs. Smaller pizza slices are also a good option for snacking.

Feel free to reheat the pizza the following day, and brighten your kids’ (and your own!) smiles by upgrading their lunchboxes.

You may also create an additional crust and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days or freeze it for later use. All you have to do when you’re in a pinch is fix the topping.
