Quick & Easy Keto Tortilla Pizza – Quick & Easy Recipe
Who doesn’t want a simple, quick and easy pizza recipe? This keto tortilla pizza recipe is not only quick and easy to make, it also tastes great and is low in carbs. You can serve this pizza recipe on its own, as a side dish or as an appetizer.

These delectable mini-pizzas are high in taste and low in carbohydrates. You’ll be eating a cheesy pizza with traditional pizza tastes in a matter of minutes.
Medium (25 + 20 m + 5 m)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Prepare two baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
In a large mixing basin, whisk together the eggs and egg whites. Whisk together for a few minutes with an electric mixer until frothy. Whisk in the cream cheese until the batter is completely smooth.
Combine the salt, psyllium husk, and coconut flour in a small bowl. Add one spoonful of this mixture to the batter, whisk to incorporate, and continue until all of the ingredients are mixed. Allow the batter to rest for a few minutes, or until it thickens (see tip).
Spread the batter on the baking sheets into 4-6 thin circles or two thin rectangles (no more than 14″ or 5 mm thick) using a spatula.
Bake for 15 minutes on the center and top racks, or until the edges are gently browned. Remove the dish from the oven and put it aside.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (225 degrees Celsius).
Return the middle and upper oven racks to the middle and upper oven racks and spread the tomato sauce over each crust. Top with the cheese, basil, or oregano, and return to the middle and higher oven racks.
5 minutes in the oven, or until the cheese is melted and browned. Allow it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Keto Tortilla Pizza is a quick & easy recipe that requires very little prep and produces a pizza that is a delicacy anywhere. The filling consists of ground beef, peppers, onions, garlic, and eggs. The crust is a flour tortilla, and I use two eggs (I don’t care for too much flavor) to help hold it together.
