Baked Salmon is always a favorite of mine but I’m always suspicious about what’s in the cooking process. So, I decided to make this recipe, and I’m sharing it with you today in the hopes that you will love it just as much as I do.

Baked salmon is a great way to serve up a healthy meal without the hassle of standing over a stove while it cooks. It’s a great way to keep the kids happy too, because they’re excited to see what’s on their plate. The best part, however, is how easy it is to make.

Salmon is one of my favorite restaurant dishes, and it’s also incredibly easy to make at home! My family loves baked salmon, and if yours does too, this keto recipe is super easy to make for any night of the week.

I haven’t always dared cook fish, but lately I’ve been enjoying cooking it more and more (like this amazing halibut keto with lemon and capers), and I’ve been impressed with the results and amazed at how quick and easy it is to cook fish.

Today I’m sharing my favorite Collina Baked Salmon recipe!

In the past,when I tried to cook salmon…. to cook it well,either it was overcooked,or I made it inedible. But with this recipe for salmon, you’ll feel like you’re in a restaurant. It is also very easy to prepare and does not require many ingredients. Did I tell you it was delicious?!

Recipe Tips for cooking salmon without mistakes

  • This idea is so easy to customize and spice up to taste. I used some fresh sprigs of rosemary because I had it on hand, but you can use any herb you like.
  • Try using real mayonnaise instead of olive oil! This is a different way of cooking salmon that I like. This gives it a nice caramelization.
  • My favorite kitchen tool for using fresh lemons in recipes is a juicer like this one! It is very easy to squeeze fresh juice with this machine.
  • Adding grated parmesan at the end is completely optional, but adds a delicious flavor and texture!

Salmon flakes baked with lemon and parmesan cheese. This recipe is so easy that anyone can make it!

  • 4 – 6 oz. Salmon fillets
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • fresh juice of a lemon
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 slices of lemon
  • 4 sprigs of rosemary (or other herbs of choice)
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Place the salmon fillets in a small slow-cooker or glass baking dish. If you bought salmon with skin, place the fillets with the skin down (the skin comes off easily after cooking).

Season the salmon generously with salt and pepper.

Squeeze the juice of a lemon over the salmon and drizzle with olive oil.

Place a slice of lemon and rosemary (optional) on each piece of fish.

Let marinate for about an hour in the refrigerator. If you don’t have an hour, let it marinate as long as possible. It’s also delicious without the marinade.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish can be easily pierced with a fork. Remove the foil and heat the oven to 425 degrees.

Add grated Parmesan cheese to each piece of salmon. Bake for another 2 to 3 minutes, until the salmon is slightly crispy.

Remove from oven and serve immediately. Yummy!

What a simple and healthy dish!

If you are hesitant to cook fish at home or think you don’t like salmon, I highly recommend you try this easy baked salmon recipe and you might change your mind. My family really liked it and it’s almost a foolproof method.

If, like me, you suffer from severe quarantine kitchen fatigue, you need to add this to your rotation!

I also wanted to mention that if you have leftovers, you can reheat the salmon in the fryer! I don’t normally like reheated fish, but I tried it in the hot air fryer and found it came out sizzling and delicious. I just added a little more olive oil and heated it for a few minutes – and it was so delicious!

In fact, I think next time I will try this recipe exclusively with my deep fryer!
